Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary Scale: Up to £100 per day in Tower Hamlets, London.

GSL Education is a leading provider of education services seeking an experienced Year 4 Teaching Assistant for a Primary school in the area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Supporting children with special educational needs
  • Providing individual support to students in small groups to ensure learning takes place

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • Basic understanding of childhood development and supporting children of various ages
  • Helping pupils increase confidence and self-esteem by listening and devising strategies
  • Good written and oral skills

This role requires a strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection. The successful applicant must satisfy background checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
