Job Description
We are seeking an HR Administrator Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to our clients in the Kent area. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to clients, including responding to emails and phone calls
- Managing client relationships and building trust
- Coordinating meetings and events
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an administrative or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Working Arrangements:
This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday and Friday. Thursdays are available for personal use.
Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
