Job Description

We are seeking an HR Administrator Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to our clients in the Kent area. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to clients, including responding to emails and phone calls
  • Managing client relationships and building trust
  • Coordinating meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices

Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday and Friday. Thursdays are available for personal use.

Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
