Support Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Support Care Assistant to join our team in Dover. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to work with clients in their own homes, providing high-quality care services and promoting independence.
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Support Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you will benefit from a competitive salary package, including paid training and supported induction, annual paid refreshers, and a comprehensive benefits program.
About the Role:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and toileting
- Provide support with medication administration, mobility assistance, and other clinical interventions as required
- Use assistive technology and equipment to support clients with communication and sensory needs
- Engage in activities and days out with clients, promoting social interaction and well-being
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care work, preferably with personal care involvement
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
- Minimum commitment of 2 x 12 hour shifts per week
- Full right to work within the UK
