Vehicle Management Administrator

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Management Administrator to join our team.

This role involves managing the fleet of HGV vehicles used by the business UK wide and assisting with various facilities duties.

The ideal candidate will have strong database management skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Duties:
  • Manage vehicle requests and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure drivers are informed about ongoing vehicle repairs
  • Coordinate MOT and service reminders and bookings
  • Maintain well-stocked and up-to-date vehicles
  • Handle accidents or vehicle damages and manage fuel card replacements
  • Assist with various facilities duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong database and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
