About the Job

Job Summary:

  • Manage daily site activities to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of site operations to meet deadlines/targets.
  • Understanding and implementing health and safety, and welfare policies - including undertaking inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Leading on team meetings to monitor and improve on performance and operational delivery.
  • Ensuring the overall delivery of the retrofit solution in line with Stakeholders' requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
