About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative HR Support Specialist to join our team at You Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and responsive HR services, managing recruitment processes, and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Managing recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates
  • Handling employee data and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an HR or administration environment
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications (Grade C or above)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Confident and clear communication skills

Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday and Friday. Thursdays are available for personal use.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
