Responsibilities

The Medical Staff Privileging Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements, state and federal statutes, and Bylaws and Rules. They will also participate in the human resources processing, including interviewing and selection of new associates and the performance review process.

In addition, the successful candidate will make process improvement recommendations to enhance departmental productivity and quality. They will also have experience working with credentialing software and hold CPCS Certification(s), if possible.
