Secondary Care Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum.

Omnes Healthcare Limited is a growing organisation that has been operating within the NHS since 2006. We offer both Primary and Secondary care services with a forward-thinking, dynamic approach to patient healthcare. Our Secondary Care clinics require a skilled and dedicated Secondary Care Coordinator to provide exceptional patient experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing administrative tasks, and supporting clinicians in clinic. Your expertise in clerical and administrative work, combined with your experience in a client-facing/customer service position, will enable you to excel in this role.

You will work closely with the clinical and management teams to ensure seamless patient care and experiences. To succeed, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
