Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Simplyhealth. As a key member of our Partnerships Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our ecosystem of partner services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Define Customer Journeys: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement customer journeys that meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
- Oversee Partnership Implementations: Ensure the timely and successful launch of new partnerships, aligning with our product vision and strategy.
- Negotiate Commercial Terms: Work closely with Commercial Contracts, Finance Business Partners, and Healthplan Leadership to negotiate and agree on commercial and service terms with key partners.
- Manage Partner Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key partners, tracking their performance against key commercial objectives and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
