Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Develop and execute pursuit strategies for high-value projects
- Lead the proposal process for all pursuits and support key customers
- Manage customer relationships and provide timely responses to RFQs, RFPs, demo requests, and information requests
- Polish national with current or possibility of attaining Polish security clearance
- Fluent Polish and English language skills
- Proven experience in strategic selling to governments, military, or defence markets
- Experience in the airborne market is highly desirable
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in selling through government tenders and competitive bids
- Ability to travel extensively
