Senior Account Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth and building strong client relationships? We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Adria Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the Commercial Cards industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, enhancing product and service offerings to address changing client needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute tailored plans for accounts to meet sales targets and foster sustainable growth.
  • Client Relations: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and uncovering new opportunities within the Commercial Cards sector.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform account strategies and business development efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for major accounts, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Client Loyalty: Create and implement strategies to boost client retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, contribute to strategic account planning, and conduct regular account reviews.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in business development or account management within the Commercial Cards industry (Mastercard or Visa)
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate with an international team
  • Flexibility to travel extensively for client interactions and events
