About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned senior recruitment professional to join our team as an Associate Director to set up and lead our Risk and Compliance division. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact division that plays a critical role in shaping the future of our business and the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and expand the Risk and Compliance division, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and extensive network.
  • Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and their teams to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies that align with their clients' diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional results, whether through managing a high-performing team or focusing on personal billing.
About You
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Risk and Compliance recruitment, with a proven track record of success within the investment management, asset management, hedge funds, institutional investors, investment banking, or capital markets sectors.
  • Leadership: You have managed teams with billings exceeding £1m+ OR are a top-performing biller who prefers to focus on individual contributions rather than team management.
  • Network: You are an established, respected figure in the Risk and Compliance recruitment space, with a strong network and a reputation for excellence.
  • Passion: You are driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the industry, with a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in every placement.
