About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at William Henry Associates. As a key member of our global business development and sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in the airborne and maritime defence markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Develop and execute pursuit strategies for high-value projects
  • Lead the proposal process for all pursuits and support key customers
  • Manage customer relationships and provide timely responses to RFQs, RFPs, demo requests, and information requests
Requirements
  • Polish national with current or possibility of attaining Polish security clearance
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills
  • Proven experience in strategic selling to governments, military, or defence markets
  • Experience in the airborne market is highly desirable
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in selling through government tenders and competitive bids
  • Ability to travel extensively
