About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at LHH Recruitment. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on people-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure HR performance and impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, with a strong background in talent management and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the software industry.
