About the Role:

Clover HR is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team on a self-employed basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide HR solutions and business support to clients across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client HR issues, advising and supporting them on a range of matters across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management processes, and sickness absence management issues.
  • Provide quality, pragmatic, and commercially focused HR advice and support to a varied portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, handbooks, and employment contracts.
  • Network and onboard new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Employee relations experience is essential.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
  • Experience of working in a consultancy environment is beneficial, with the capacity to deliver pragmatic advice within a commercial context.
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and appropriately to client needs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £15 p/h initially, increasing to £20 p/h after 3 months (depending on performance).
  • Part-time hours to suit the needs of clients, to be discussed with the consultant.
