About the Role:

Office Angels is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term basis. As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider People team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless HR processes for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new starter, changes, and leaver administration processes for retail and head office employees, including contractually and through ADP and N.gage.
  • Set up new starters to obtain staff discounts.
  • Obtain references for new employees and issue references for ex-employees.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring folders are streamlined and regularly updated.
  • Complete medical health questionnaire audits to assess risk.
  • Perform payroll duties as required.
  • Assist with photocopying, shredding, and scanning as needed.
  • Collate HR reports and information as required.
  • Update PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • A problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to prioritize and use initiative.
  • Confidence in using various platforms to complete work.
