Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices. Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Provide support and coaching to managers on performance-related issues.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CIPD qualification Levels 5 or 7 preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues with discretion and integrity.
