About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at HCP Automotive. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier candidates for various automotive industry roles across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract high-caliber candidates for automotive industry roles across the GCC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams within leading automotive groups.
  • Utilize your influencing skills to guide and support clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and provide valuable market insights to clients and candidates.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Currently based in Riyadh.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the GCC market and its recruitment dynamics.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic about recruitment and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.
