We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at CVUK. As a trusted talent acquisition partner for global businesses, we deliver creative solutions with a blended approach of contingent, retained search, and market intelligence assignments. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs.
• Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify, attract, and evaluate top talent to meet client requirements.
• Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Market Research & Networking: Conduct market research and build a network of contacts to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Industry relevant experience gained in either a retail or head office based role preferred.
• Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
• Genuine passion and interest in the fashion, beauty, and direct to consumer industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel etc.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
