About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team at BAM Construct & Ventures UK Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading construction company and contribute to the development of our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the UK and Ireland to drive engagement and behavioral change in our Performance Management process and system.
  • Use data analytics to inform People Strategies and interventions, and lead the development and implementation of Talent Management processes and interventions across the businesses.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to embed and improve engagement of our performance and development process and system, and develop and support other Talent interventions.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on behavioral change and change management.
  • Data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights.
  • Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships across all levels.
  • Effective influencing and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • HR/People experience, with a focus on Talent Management and Development.
