As a HubSpot CRM Manager you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our client’s HubSpot CRM platform, including the Marketing and Sales Hubs. You will be the go-to expert, responsible for enabling, training, and supporting our team in effectively utilising HubSpot to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* HubSpot CRM Management: Oversee and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform, including managing user accounts and ensuring effective use of Marketing and Sales Hubs.
* Customisation & Automation: Tailor HubSpot properties, workflows, pipelines, and automation tools to meet business needs, while eliminating manual tasks to boost productivity.
* Training & Support: Provide ongoing training sessions and support to team members, ensuring they are confident in using HubSpot effectively.
* Data Management & Reporting: Manage and maintain data integrity, including segmentation, importing/exporting data, and generating comprehensive reports and dashboards.
* Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Regularly analyse HubSpot usage to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend optimisations to enhance customer experience.
* Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including best practices and usage guidelines, to ensure consistent and efficient use of HubSpot.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM, including Marketing and Sales Hubs.
* Strong understanding of CRM data management, reporting, and automation.
* Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess needs, solve problems, and make data-driven recommendations.
* Experience in building workflows, sequences, and automations in HubSpot.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
