About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team at BAM UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our People and Talent Strategies, driving engagement and behavioral change across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Use data to inform People Strategies and interventions, driving business growth and development
  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of Talent Management processes and interventions across the businesses
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to embed and improve engagement of our performance and development process and system
  • Develop and support other Talent interventions to drive business success
Requirements
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on behavioral change and change management
  • Data analytics skills, with the ability to inform business decisions
  • Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships
  • Effective influencing and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes
  • Effective and inclusive leadership and management capability, with a focus on driving business growth and development
  • HR/People experience, with a focus on Talent Management
