About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Solutions Specialist to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our people workstream, you will play a critical role in understanding, designing, building, and delivering people change solutions that align with our business's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment of people solutions to the business's people strategy.
  • Manage communication plans, drafting and issuing communications in line with programme requirements and business brand.
  • Support change adoption through drafting and measuring business readiness assessment metrics and identifying mechanisms to embed solutions within and across accounts.
  • Facing off to individual accounts to obtain all people insight in line with programme outcomes.
  • Facing off to People Change Partners to support in delivering effective and sustainable change solutions.
  • Be an instrumental part of designing the optimum structure and ways of working on an account.
  • Support the transition and embedding of the to-be state.
  • Involvement in working sessions and programme meetings to support the effective input, collation, and progress reporting of the programme and aligned workstream(s) towards delivering the committed outcomes.
  • Highlighting any risks, lessons learned, and best practices from experience across the scope of the programme/aligned workstream.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will also need to have a strong understanding of people change solutions and be able to design and deliver effective programmes.
