We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team as a strategic people leader. As a key member of our People Team, you will work closely with senior business leaders to drive impactful HR agendas and contribute to key HR performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic partnering with business unit leads and relevant board members to provide expert guidance on people-related matters.

Requirements
  • A background in HR Business Partnering, particularly within fast-moving, dynamic industries (ideally tech), with experience working internationally and entering new markets.
  • Experience partnering with expansive global client groups in a fast-paced and high-growth organisation.
  • Proven experience in crafting and executing HR strategies and partnering with senior leaders to drive impactful HR agendas.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in the face of change, with a positive attitude and a willingness to travel.
