Financial Business Partner

We are seeking a talented Financial Business Partner to join our fast-paced and commercial team at Cast UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close and strong audit performance.
- Deliver high-quality management accounts (P&L) to inform management decisions.
- Client reporting and client relationships.
- Keep the balance sheet clean and well-managed, free of historical issues.
- Adhere to accounting standards.
- Identify and present opportunities for profit improvement, such as pricing adjustments and cost savings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and other departments to achieve financial goals.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets, and generate weekly flash forecast reports with high-quality analysis to support the P&L.
- Industry experience in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, Restaurants, or Hotels.
- Relevant Accountancy qualification / experience.
- Commercial mindset and the ability to influence Stakeholders and drive positive change.
