Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary up to £29,000 per annum, rising to £30,000 per annum after successful completion of probationary period. Your Role:

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide 1st Line Support to customers across applications and infrastructure solutions. You will log incidents using the IT Service Desk ticketing system, manage and assign ticket queues, and update users on resolution progress. You will also have ample opportunity to engage in ongoing IT training and pursue relevant certifications.

Requirements:

You should have around one year of experience in IT support, preferably on a service desk. Experience in supporting Windows servers and desktop operating systems with some experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and Group Policies is essential. You will need to have completed or be motivated to complete Microsoft or CompTIA courses and certifications.
