The Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead our Discounters and Wholesale Channel. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth across the channel and developing strategic relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Discounters and Wholesale Channel, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Distribution: Manage the distribution of our products to Discounters and Wholesale customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Category Management: Work closely with our category management team to develop and implement category strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate annual joint business plans with customers and communicate our product offerings and category solutions effectively.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager with a strong track record of driving growth and developing strategic relationships with customers. You will have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
