Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Thompson Mitchell Solicitors. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors, preparing and submitting legal documents, typing and sending letters and emails, keeping appointments diaries up to date, maintaining and organising case files, and answering telephone calls.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a solicitors office, be very familiar with conveyancing and probate procedures, have excellent typing skills, including audiotyping, and computer skills. You should also be able to take pride in the quality of work produced, know how to prioritise a busy workload, and be confident when dealing with clients and visitors to the office.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a solicitors office
  • Familiarity with conveyancing and probate procedures
  • Excellent typing skills, including audiotyping
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to take pride in the quality of work produced
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Confidence when dealing with clients and visitors to the office
