**About The Role**:
**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - 6month Fixed Term Contract**

**DIVISION: Civils Engineering**

**LOCATION: Manchester**

- Typical duties will include:

- Greet Visitors, with a positive, helpful attitude and announce clients as necessary
- Provide clerical support to the teams based in the Manchester office, including word processing, scanning, photocopying, binding / laminating documents and post duties
- Maintenance of filing and administrative systems including the collation of materials, as required
- Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required
- Deal with incoming and preparation of outgoing mail
- Book and record travel arrangements for the teams
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms in the Manchester office
- Provide sites with Pre-printed stationery such as On Hire/Off Hire Books; Please Receive Books; Local Purchase Order Books and record the numbering and allocation of site details and user details for Accounts team
- Provide sites with Pre-paid Postage Return Labels, as and when required
- Take and record messages accurately
- Carry out any other duties as are necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and offer support to other office-based staff when possible
- This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Office Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken. _It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals._
