The Junior Resident Liaison Officer should make a good impression for the company, by cultivating lasting relationships with residents and delivering an exceptional level of service.

**Technical Attributes**

Essential
- Previous customer service experience
- IT knowledge - Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent administrative skills

Desirable
- Experience of the construction industry
