It is essential that they should have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and plan workload effectively. Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work are also key to this role as are Strong IT skills, specifically MS Excel - Advanced Excel knowledge would be beneficial.

The Supply Chain Administrator shall;
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to the supply chain process and commercial team.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers.
- Gather supply chain data, generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.
- Support sub-contractor approval process, with strong understanding of approval requirements set by the business.
- Advise of any issues with individual approvals or approval process and manage resolutions.
- Keep updated on changes to the organisations compliance requirements.
- Utilise supply chain management software and systems to streamline processes, track inventory, and analyse data.
- Provide support to users on the use of supply chain technology tools.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding documentation and record-keeping.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implementing best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvements and strategic initiatives.
