**About The Role**:
**COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - Permanent Opportunity**

**DIVISION: BUILDING**
**LOCATION: FASLANE**
It is essential that they should have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and plan workload effectively. Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work are also key to this role as are Strong IT skills, specifically MS Excel - Advanced Excel knowledge would be beneficial.
Please note: A driving licence is essential for this post, due to site location and access.
You may also be required to undergo security checks in accordance with our client agreements.
**Expected duties for the Commercial Administrator**:
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to the commercial team, including word processing, photocopying and handling post duties.
- Support sub-contractor approval and payment process, with strong understanding of requirements set by the business
- Advise of any issues with individual subcontractor approvals or approval process and manage resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers.
- Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
- Take and record messages accurately.
This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Commercial Site Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken. It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.
**Technical Competencies**
**Essential**
- Demonstrate previous experience in a fast-paced Administrator role
- Prior experience of dealing with Subcontractors approvals and payments
- Possess strong IT skills including Microsoft suite
- Implement an excellent telephone manner and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Desirable**
- Experience of working within the Construction industry
