We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Acuiti Labs Inc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR roles and/or project management roles within fast-paced international environments.

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing our global strategic projects, reporting directly to the Global HR Director. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality HR projects and activities that improve the employee experience and support the delivery of our people strategy.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to interpret complex concepts and present them back to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Projects: Support Global HR Director by leading on key strategic people projects and its delivery.
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee the HR operations for the UK & Europe, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company policies.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to business and our people providing coaching on multi-discipline HR policies and processes.
  • Talent Management: Implement and manage talent solutions including performance management, career development, succession planning, and training.

Estimated Salary: £75,000 - £105,000 per year.
