Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people management strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to drive cultural transformation and embedding values
- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention
- Provide guidance on performance management, including setting goals and objectives
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding processes and employee experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in people management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in HR systems and analytics
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
