  • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to drive cultural transformation and embedding values
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including setting goals and objectives
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding processes and employee experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in HR systems and analytics

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
