About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FMCG company as a National Account Manager, responsible for managing relationships with key customers in the convenience and wholesale sector.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales growth and customer development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key customers, including Spar, Unitas, and Bestway, to drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute account plans that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product listings with customers to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including category, shopper marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a national account management role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong commercial relationships with key customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
