We are seeking an Ecommerce Account Growth Strategist to drive profitable sales growth, manage day-to-day operations, and optimise our brand's performance on Amazon 1P as well as managing our 3P account team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector. They will have a proven track record of success in managing Amazon and other marketplace accounts, with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon, extracting maximum value from services like Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to enhance product listings, improve search rankings, and ensure best-in-class content, driving organic visibility and conversion.
  • Lead the planning and execution of PPC advertising campaigns, promotional events, and merchandising strategies to boost sales and improve ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market share, and ROI, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management.
  • Work closely with Global, Category, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to align strategies, optimise the product portfolio, and ensure successful product launches.

The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
