Diagnostics Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostics Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and retention across the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales growth strategies to drive revenue growth and business retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to formulate customer value propositions that drive sales growth and business retention.
- Provide expert advice on automation, workflow, value analysis, competitor offerings, and informatics.
Your Profile
- You hold a science or business degree.
- Prior experience of five years in diagnostics and/or laboratory roles is preferred.
- You have experience with laboratory workflow and workflow improvement.
- You possess strong automation, workflow, and/or IT hardware/software expertise.
- You understand molecular diagnostic laboratories throughout EMEA.
- You have experience in laboratory informatics.
- You are fluent in English, and additional languages are advantageous.
- You are proficient in EXCEL, Power Business Intelligence, and Microsoft packages.
- You have an understanding of LEAN and/or six sigma principles and how they apply to the laboratory and healthcare system.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
