Diagnostics Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostics Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and retention across the region.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales growth strategies to drive revenue growth and business retention.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with the commercial team to formulate customer value propositions that drive sales growth and business retention.
  4. Provide expert advice on automation, workflow, value analysis, competitor offerings, and informatics.

Your Profile

  • You hold a science or business degree.
  • Prior experience of five years in diagnostics and/or laboratory roles is preferred.
  • You have experience with laboratory workflow and workflow improvement.
  • You possess strong automation, workflow, and/or IT hardware/software expertise.
  • You understand molecular diagnostic laboratories throughout EMEA.
  • You have experience in laboratory informatics.
  • You are fluent in English, and additional languages are advantageous.
  • You are proficient in EXCEL, Power Business Intelligence, and Microsoft packages.
  • You have an understanding of LEAN and/or six sigma principles and how they apply to the laboratory and healthcare system.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
