Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices and managing payment of suppliers
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Assisting with month-end closing
  • Preparing reports on account status

You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient financial processes and provide exceptional customer service. We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, who has a strong understanding of general accounting procedures, proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, experience in data entry and management, knowledge of accounts payable principles, strong numeracy and analytical skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
