Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at a leading FMCG company in Maidenhead. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will play a vital role in processing invoices, managing payments, and maintaining the purchase ledger.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process invoices and manage payment of suppliers efficiently and effectively.
- Reconcile supplier statements accurately and on time to ensure compliance.
- Maintain the purchase ledger up-to-date and compliant with financial regulations.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures to ensure seamless financial reporting.
- Prepare reports on account status to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
