Market Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Home Instead North Wales. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening our brand in North Wales.
Job Description:
This role involves researching, identifying, and developing relationships in the local community to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities. You will lead and motivate a team to achieve enquiry generation objectives, focusing on increasing market share and generating employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential business opportunities in the local community
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and health professionals
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve enquiry generation objectives
- Develop and deliver innovative marketing approaches to increase awareness of Home Instead's client services and employment opportunities
- Manage and track referrals, ensuring accurate data recording and analysis
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in using various marketing approaches
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations and workshops
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
Salary: £37,500 (pro rata)
