Digital Advertising Consultant (DAC)

LOCALiQ North Wales

Reporting into the Sales Director, the key focus of this role is to find, win and retain multimedia advertising campaigns. The majority of the DAC's role is focused on winning new business from the digital display marketing space. Through focusing on key verticals in your market by matching elite digital solutions to customer needs.

Customer Development

To drive digital revenues for your publishing centre. Ensuring 80%+ digital from total revenue.

Using many sources, you will build a pipeline of clients including new business. This pipeline should always have a minimum of ensuring a pipeline of business to deliver £16k per month. Identifying key verticals to focus on is crucial, and targeting SME's outside of traditional publishing footprints.

Build Customer Relationship

Using creative approaches, you will provide prospects with the "reason" to sit up and take notice. Identifying key needs from pre call analysis of the customer, their competitors and their customers purchase pathway is crucial. Building relationships with existing customers and providing referrals to the DMC team is also key. Working with your key accounts you will ensure you develop these accounts to digitally led customers.

Discovery

You will use every opportunity speaking to business decision makers to understand further your clients needs. Questioning, listening and probing to establish and confirm needs. By doing so you will create a sense of urgency around the client needs and further confirm your relationship with the client.

Establish LOCALiQ as a Solution Provider

Through excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills, you will provide a story of the now, and short and long term futures for your relationship with the client. Providing detailed solutions to the client needs for the short, medium and long term that relate back to specific client needs.

Confirm Relationship

Closing is key. You will ensure that you win new and upsold/transition digital display business at AOV's above £500. Ensuring that clients goals and expectations are clear.

Meet & Exceed Customer Expectations

You will ensure that client expectations are met, with regular campaign response updates. From this you will upsell to higher AOV's or additional solutions.

**Skills**:

- Strong organisation, planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Computer literate in all Microsoft packages, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Passion for digital and social media marketing
- Previous experience of working within a Digital Marketing/Digital Sales/ commercial role
- Strong creative thinker with experience of evaluating and executing digital campaigns
