We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at NMS Recruit. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business growth and development.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Booking appointments for the sales team
  • Coordinating and booking partner switches
  • FOLLOWING UP ON INBOUND PRODUCT INQUIRIES VIA PHONE, EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT
  • ANSWERING PRODUCT AND BUSINESS-RELATED QUESTIONS, PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • REPRESENTING THE COMPANY PROFESSIONALLY IN ALL COMMUNICATIONS
  • FOLLOWING UP ON CAMPAIGN ACTIVITY EFFECTIVELY
  • Maintaining a pipeline of marketing qualified leads for future bookings
  • Utilizing LinkedIn to search for contacts and generate new leads
