Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly growing business as a Business Development Manager.
The role will see you join our new and exciting Internal Sales Development Team, where you will be responsible for generating new business from our existing customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Generate leads from independent research and update our CRM system accordingly
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Requirements:
- Preferred sales experience with a strong understanding of CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24,000.00 per year plus commission

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- No weekends or bank holidays
