As a Business Development Executive at NMS Recruit, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and supporting the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include booking appointments, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with various teams to maximise our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book appointments for the sales team and coordinate partner switches.
  • Follow up on inbound product inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing excellent customer service.
  • Represent the company professionally in all communications and maintain a pipeline of marketing qualified leads for future bookings.
  • Utilise LinkedIn to search for contacts and generate new leads.
