Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Administrative Officer to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. As a key member of our Corporate Management Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, conducting research, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support, with experience in executive support or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing administrative support to the Corporate Management Team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  2. Carrying out research and analysis to inform business decisions, including market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  3. Developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  4. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in executive support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
