Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while providing outstanding service to clients and stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to convey compliance standards and procedures.

- Maintain strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage compliance documentation and reporting.

- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and compliance management tools proficiently.

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple compliance tasks and priorities efficiently.

- Work both independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to contribute to compliance projects.

- Remain calm under pressure while managing deadlines and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

- Foster a positive and helpful atmosphere in all professional interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

- Essential: Prior experience in a compliance role, preferably within the construction industry.

- Strong organisational abilities with the capability to multitask effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with compliance management tools.

- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
