_**Capacity Marketing for Charities**_ is the organiser of the _**National Free Wills Network**_ and _**Free Wills Month**_ legacy fundraising programmes for some of the most well-known UK based charities. Our busy head office in Mold currently has an opening for a full-time Network Officer.

The position involves assisting in the processing of information and data onto our in-house software (for which full training will be given) and Excel spreadsheets, making and receiving telephone calls, and dealing with queries from charities, solicitors and members of the public. You will also be responsible for some client fulfilment activities, including arranging home visits for service users who require them and producing and sending user packs. The role will also include internet-based research, information gathering, and checking the validity of that data by cross-referencing with other websites. Filing, general office and ad-hoc duties would also play a part in this role.

This is a varied and rewarding role for an individual who enjoys being part of a friendly team. Capacity works to high standards of written and verbal communication, with professionalism and courtesy to clients and service users being of paramount importance.

The contract on offer is for 35 hours per week, split over 5 days Monday-Friday. A competitive salary,, private health care and an attractive annual leave package are all on offer. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, and previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above, to include Maths and English is required.
