Job brief

We are looking for a Survey Coordinator to join our Fibre Optic Survey department to book appointments for our on-site team in order to carry out their survey work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Downloading survey data from on-site staff.
- Processing survey data and producing PDF design reports.
- Annotating photographs to show proposed positions of cables and equipment.

Other Information:

- Remuneration - £24,000 per annum (with annual reviews).
- Hours of work - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday unless agreed otherwise.
- Holidays - 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

**Person Specification**

**Compulsory Requirements and Skills**
- Organisational Skills, with a proven ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Experience working within a professional office environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs.

**Preferred Requirements and Skills**
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM software.
- Experience of working as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
