About the Role:**

This is a full-time position offering a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance work and personal life. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide expert guidance and support to families, promoting positive outcomes for children and their caregivers.

Responsibilities:**

  • To develop and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to the unique needs of each family.
  • To facilitate group and individual sessions, focusing on topics such as attachment, parenting skills, and relationship building.
  • To collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize outcomes.
