Family Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC) Team.
In this role, you will work with families who are struggling with substance misuse issues, providing emotional support and guidance to help them achieve positive change.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable families and children.
About the JobAs a Family Support Worker, you will be responsible for building relationships with families, conducting assessments, and developing interventions tailored to their specific needs.
You will also work closely with other professionals to ensure that families receive the support they need to overcome the challenges they face.
